Sunday Park-Out

It's a bright and sunny Sunday. If you don't have a gym membership, but feel like the weekend of chocolate buttons and pizza is starting to take its toll, here is a little workout you can do in the park- and it only takes around 30 minutes.

Light walk to jog to get to the local park

30 seconds per exercise

- High Knees

- Jumping Jacks

- Press ups

- Tricep dips

Rest 2 minutes- Repeat 3 times

30 seconds per exercise

- Burpees

- Squats

- Mountain climbers

- Lunges (or jump lunges if you're feeling up to it!)

Rest 2 minutes- Repeat 3 times

Jog to walk home, stretch out!
