Alongside PT I also teach cycling, coach at bootcamp and cover various classes around Haddenham and Thame.
Here are the places you will find me, and what I'll be doing. You can pay as you go at all of the indoor cycling classes and you can get a free week at Bootcamp!
Monday - 6.15am, 9.15am (for 10 weeks as of 24th September), TLC
Tuesday - 9.25am, TLC
Wednesday - 19:45, Fitlife, Haddenham
Thursday - 6.15am, TLC
Saturday EOW - 8am, Fitlife, Haddenham
Peakfitness Bootcamp - 9.30am, Thame FC- You can come along for a free week to see what it is all about!
Mum and Baby classes
Wednesday, 11am at Fitlife, Haddenham (6 week advance booking for £42)
